Artist's Description
Camping is a big part of my life. I really enjoy "roughing it":) I appreciate civilization and all modern luxuries but every once in a while I love experiencing life without any modern enhancements. Being among nature, trees, fresh air, the stars - there is nothing like it. Hanging out by the campfire after a long day is one of my favorite parts of camping and this painting is inspired by those moments.

Seeing beautiful sights and exploring new places spark my artistic inspiration. To capture those priceless moments, I sketch on location and take many, many reference photos, then I finish the work in my studio.
